The incidence of cyber stalking has increased in Indian society at the present time, about 45 percent of the Indians, out of which more women are being victims of cyber stalking, cyber stalking literally means chasing or can be called, harassing, threatening. Filled behavior, inspired by one person to another, is inspired! In cyber stalking, an Internet user (uses) constantly sends an anonymous parent message to someone else via e-mail, social media accounts, such as Whats Up, Twitter, Instagram, etc.! Threatening, harassing women, as well as posting their objectionable posts on social media accounts , are constantly harassed , along with constant messaging through phone calls , wrong talk etc. These types of crimes are being perpetrated by women against women, every day women in India are falling victim to cyber stalking, but any action is taken even after writing FIR to the victim. No, and due to lack of proper investigation, criminals of cyber stalking are acquitted from the court!

* Consideration by Cognizable and Bailable, Trail by Judicial Criminal Officer First Class!

Empowerment of Indian Penalty in Cyber Stalking ---
IT Act in Cyber Stalking Crime. The provisions of the Indian Penal Code also apply. If a person sends an anonymous parent's message to a woman through the Internet. Or send threatening messages, the provisions of the Indian Penal Code will be applicable as per the rules!
Like 294,354 A .B. G, and 503 I.P.C in cases of criminal intimidation,
The word, organ, witch, or act which is related to the disgrace of shame of an ironing, shall be punished by section 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
If any FIR in crimes related to women in cyber, stalking. It is written. So the investigating officer has to make a statement of the victim in the court.in under section 164 Cr.PC.
The investigating officer will immediately take possession of the device from which the crime has occurred.
After this, forensic investigation will be done by collecting electrical documents. Which can prove that crime has been committed.
After arresting the culprit, the bull leaves in bond. And I.O presents the Callahan in court
